Aimed at kayakers aged 18+ that want to improve their technical paddle strokes & rescue skills with focused, bespoke coaching. If you have done the Discover Award, or hold Paddle UK 1* or 2*, this is the ideal opportunity to improve your paddle skills, learn new strokes and refine your current repertoire. The day may focus on themes such as; ruddering, support strokes, braces, draws and combination strokes. A rescue session will focus on; kayak to kayak eskimo rescues, peer deep water rescue and kayak re-entry. A training opportunity that can be attended time and again improving your skill set each and every time!
Not suitable for beginners.
