Swimming pool session with qualified Seapoint Canoe Centre instructor. The session will focus on fun, confidence training and both self and partner rescues.
Dress: Shorts and Rash vests/T Shirts.

Suitable for paddlers aged 18 and over
Kit: we supply SUP and paddle, please indicate on the booking form if you are right or left handed so we know which paddle to bring.
Kit you need to bring: swimwear, shorts, t-shirt, rash vest
