27 May Junior Paddlesport Have a Go Session 10am-12pm (ages 8-13)
This session takes place on the Royal Military Canal from 10:00-12:00, we welcome paddlers aged 8-13, all abilities. We will be trying Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP), Sit On Top Kayaks (SOT) and regular kayaks.
Join us for a fun session and develop your paddlesport skills with our friendly team of instructors.
Advance booking is essential. Cost: £5 per person. Parents are required to remain bank side at the centre during this session .
We run group canoe and kayak sessions, for paddlers aged 8-13 with qualified instructors. Our Have-A-Go sessions are for those wishing to try a new sport and enjoy learning with others. The session is aimed at beginners although all abilities are welcome.
Sessions take place on The Royal Military Canal located between Hythe and Seabrook.
Social distancing will be observed at all times.
Arrive by 9:45 to get kitted out and then we’ll try to get out on the water as close to 10am as we can.
Seapoint Canoe centre provides the paddlecraft, a cagoule, life vest and helmet.

Note: Our Centre is located on Prince’s Parade, and is in view of the seafront. If driving from Folkestone, turn left onto Prince’s Parade and Seapoint will be the second turning on your right, the car park is signposted. There is pay and display parking in the carpark adjacent to the centre, metred parking is also available on Prince’s Parade.
