We run group canoe and kayak sessions. Our sessions take place between April to October for junior paddlers aged 8-13.

The SAVER option gives paddlers 6 weeks for the price of 5, select your 6 Saturdays on the booking form (choose from Saturdays between 26 April and 14 June).

Primarily the sessions take place in kayaks and are designed to be fun, and can also help your child achieve Paddle UK awards if they wish, as Seapoint Canoe Centre is a National Centre for training in paddlesports.

• Sessions take place on The Royal Military Canal located between Hythe and Seabrook. Not on the sea.

• For the session, Seapoint Canoe Centre provides each child with a kayak, buoyancy aid (BA), cagoule and helmet.

• You will need to wear non cotton clothing eg swimwear with rash vest and shorts or a wetsuit if you have one, old trainers or swimshoes

• Please bring a consent form to your first session, this can be downloaded from our website here

• Arrive 15 minutes before the session start time to get kitted out

Note: Our Centre is located on Prince’s Parade, and is in view of the seafront. If driving from Folkestone, turn left onto Prince’s Parade and Seapoint will be the second turning on your right, the car park is signposted. There is pay and display parking in the carpark adjacent to the centre, metred parking is also available on Prince’s Parade.
