We run group canoe and kayak sessions, for paddlers aged 8-13 every Saturday morning 10-12. From April to October the minimum age is 8 years old, for the colder Winter months between November - March the minimum age is 13 years old.

Sessions are ideal for both beginners and the experienced.

Primarily the sessions take place in kayaks and are designed to help you achieve your Start and Discover Paddlesport British Canoeing awards.

• Sessions take place on The Royal Military Canal located between Hythe and Seabrook.

• Social distancing will be observed at all times.

• Arrive by 9:45 to get kitted out (we provide all the equipment) and then we’ll try to get out on the water as close to 10am as we can.

• Make sure you book on by Thursday so we know to expect you!

• Groups will be restricted to 8 paddlers per coach until 21 June.

Note: Our Centre is located on Prince’s Parade, and is in view of the seafront. If driving from Folkestone, turn left onto Prince’s Parade and Seapoint will be the second turning on your right, the car park is signposted. There is pay and display parking in the carpark adjacent to the centre, metred parking is also available on Prince’s Parade (free of charge over the Winter months, subject to change).
