Saturday SUP session
Clothing - wetsuit, old trainers or swim shoes - Seapoint provides cagoules, buoyancy aids and SUP's. Seapoint does not have wetsuits available to hire.
Please note that because of the nature of the sport expect to get wet! Very wet! The session will take place come rain or shine, minimum 3 paddlers required for session to go ahead.
Beginners Stand Up Paddleboarding
All our sessions take place on The Royal Military Canal located between Hythe and Seabrook.
Arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to get kitted out (we provide all the equipment) and then we’ll try to get out on the water as close to the start time as we can.
Make sure you book 48 hours before so we know to expect you
Minimum age: 14
Coach ratio will be 1 : 5, maximum 5 paddlers per session
Bring a change of clothes - prepare to get wet!
Changing rooms are shut currently due to Covid-19 related British Canoeing guidance, bring a large beach towel or poncho to change outdoors

Note: Our Centre is located on Princes Parade, and is in view of the seafront. If driving from Folkestone, turn left onto Prince’s Parade and Seapoint will be immediately on your right.
