Half Term SUP session - come and learn the basics of stand up paddle boarding. A fun taster session for beginners on SUP for 8-14 year olds, suited to beginners or those with little or no formal instruction.
Session time 10.30am-12.30pm
Each paddler should bring their own wetsuit or sports clothes that don’t hold water, plus swim shoes or old trainers. Towel and change of clothes as this session will involve being in the canal.
Session takes place on The Royal Military Canal located between Hythe and Seabrook.
Minimum 4 paddlers, maximum 8 paddlers.
Arrive 15 minutes before the session time to get kitted out
Seapoint Canoe Centre provides stand up paddle board, life vest, cagoule
Wetsuits are optional (not provided)

Note: Our Centre is located on Prince’s Parade, and is in view of the seafront. If driving from Folkestone, turn left onto Prince’s Parade and Seapoint will be the second turning on your right, the car park is signposted. There is pay and display parking in the carpark adjacent to the centre which accepts coins or payment by the RINGO app, metred parking is also available on Prince’s Parade (free of charge over the Winter months, subject to change).
