• All our Thursday sessions take place on The Royal Military Canal located between Hythe and Seabrook.

• Arrive by 5.45pm to get kitted out (we provide all the equipment) and then we’ll try to get out on the water as close to 6pm as we can.

• Make sure you book 1 week before so we know to expect you! It also helps if we know you’re coming just in case there’s a change and we’ll know who to get in touch with.

• Minimum age: 14
